SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sunday School Director: Miss Sophia Thorton
The Sunday School Program is as follows:

10.40 Father speaks to the children.              10:45-11:45 Catechetical lesson in our new Sunday School classrooms.
11.45 Holy Communion.
Fr. Paul asks all parents to bring their children to Sunday School every Sunday and on time.

READ! READ! READ!

The summer is the perfect time for children of all ages to catch up on some reading. Urge your children to read! This is the time to read for pleasure, not because their teacher tells them to. If children read items that they want to read they will develop a love for reading which is a necessity for future academic success. During the summer break the Public Library is a wonderful place to visit or alternatively, book stores like Chapter's where reading in the store is encouraged.

The only way that children will see reading as natural is if there is reading at home and books are always present on the coffee tables and bookshelves. If children see their parents or older siblings reading, they will develop a very healthy attitude towards books.

Have a wonderful and safe summer.
